AI training for employees

Your sales, operations and customer service people don’t need another general AI course. They need to see it work on the kind of files they open every morning. We teach Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini or Microsoft Copilot with exercises written for your industry, in Turkish or English. Nobody needs a technical background.

How we build a programme

  1. We pick the industry and its departments.
  2. A glossary maps the tool’s terms to the industry’s terms, with use cases per department.
  3. The deck, the workbook and the sample data.
  4. The core session and one workshop per department.
  5. A knowledge check, a prompt library and a Q&A.

Tools

Claude

The tool we know best, and the one the sample programme below is built on: chat and Cowork, Projects, Skills and memory, Artifacts, scheduled tasks, Dispatch, Claude in Chrome and Claude for Microsoft 365.

ChatGPT

The same programme structure, with the four-part request, department exercises and safe-use rules adapted to ChatGPT.

Gemini

The same programme structure, adapted to Gemini.

Microsoft Copilot

The same programme structure, adapted to Copilot and to its place inside the Microsoft 365 apps your team already uses.

Not sure which fits? Read the comparison.

Sample programme

Sample programme: practical AI for 3PL teams

Our standard programme for third-party logistics and distribution, called “How One Person Works Like Five”. It shows how we adapt Claude training to one industry.

Training deck

About 50 slides in the industry’s own terms.

Practical workbook

48 exercises, 12 per department. Each has steps and a request to copy and paste. The workbook also has a glossary sheet.

Sample data

One file with a tab per department.

Checks and guides

A 10-question knowledge check, a prompt library and an instructor guide.

Writing a request

One request, three levels

The core skill we teach is writing a request with four parts: persona, data source, task and output format.

Poor request

“Check the orders.”

  • Persona (missing)
  • Data source (missing)
  • Task (missing)
  • Output format (missing)

No file, no rule, no format. Claude has to guess everything, so you get a general answer.

Good request

“In the attached order list, find the orders that could ship late.”

  • Persona (missing)
  • Data source (included)
  • Task (included)
  • Output format (missing)

It has the data and the task. It still does not say what “late” means or how the result should look.

Excellent request

“You are a fulfillment supervisor. Using Orders.xlsx, list every order that must ship today or tomorrow and is not yet packed. Show a table: order #, client, ship-by date, status. Bold the ones for today.”

  • Persona (included)
  • Data source (included)
  • Task (included)
  • Output format (included)

All four parts are there. Claude uses the right file, applies your exact rule, and returns a table you can send on as it is.

Workshops

Department workshops

Each department starts from its own daily problems. Here are six of the twelve use cases for each team.

Sales

Today’s challenges

  • Leads and quotes live in one big Excel file, and old deals go quiet without anyone noticing.
  • Every proposal is built from zero and takes days.
  • Collecting the latest information before a client visit takes an hour.

Use cases

  • Pipeline reviewFinds quiet deals and the biggest open quotes in seconds.
  • Proposal checklistThe step-by-step plan from first call to signed contract.
  • Big prospect fileRemembers months of talks with one large prospect.
  • Live pipeline boardEvery deal and its stage. Refresh for the latest.
  • Monday pipeline emailThe week’s deals and follow-ups, sent automatically.
  • RFP summaryReads a long request document and lists what they really ask for.

Fulfillment

Today’s challenges

  • Hundreds of orders a day, and finding the ones that could ship late takes too long.
  • Each client has different packing rules, and new team members make mistakes.
  • Peak-season planning is guesswork because forecasts change every week.

Use cases

  • Late-risk ordersEvery order that must ship soon and is not ready yet.
  • Client onboarding planThe checklist from signed contract to first shipped order.
  • Client KPI dashboardOrders shipped, fill rate and accuracy per client.
  • Monday client reportEach client’s weekly numbers, emailed automatically.
  • Packing rules summaryA client’s packing rules turned into a floor checklist.
  • Pick-pack-ship diagramThe order flow, drawn for new employee training.

Customer service

Today’s challenges

  • Retailer fines (chargebacks) arrive weeks late, and finding the reason takes hours.
  • One “where is my order?” question means checking three systems.
  • Problem shipments pile up in a shared inbox and some are missed.

Use cases

  • Chargeback analysisRetailer fines grouped by store and reason, biggest first.
  • Claim checklistA damaged shipment handled step by step.
  • Open-orders boardOrder, client, ship-by date and status, always current.
  • Morning digestProblem orders emailed before the phones start ringing.
  • Rulebook summaryA 60-page routing guide reduced to what matters.
  • On-time scoreThe on-time-and-complete score, calculated from delivery data.

E-commerce

Today’s challenges

  • Returns arrive every day, but nobody knows the top reasons per webshop.
  • Connecting a new webshop takes weeks, and steps are missed.
  • Stock runs out before anyone warns the client.

Use cases

  • Returns analysisTop return reasons and problem products per webshop.
  • Webshop integration planThe checklist from store connection to go-live.
  • Order status boardToday’s webshop orders by status.
  • Daily 08:00 summaryYesterday’s orders, returns and low-stock items by email.
  • Low-stock checkEvery product below its reorder point.
  • Returns flow diagramThe returns process, drawn for a client’s webshop page.

Three rules of safe use

  1. Limit access. Share only the file or folder the task needs.
  2. Protect sensitive data. Ask whether the task really needs that file.
  3. Approve before it leaves. You review every email or file before it goes out.

FAQ

Questions about AI training

Who is the AI training for?

People in sales, operations, fulfillment, customer service, e-commerce, finance, HR and management. No technical or coding background is needed.

How is it different from a general AI course?

Every programme is written for an industry. Each department gets its own workshop with its own use cases, and people practise on sample files typical of their industry.

Which tools do you train on?

Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini and Microsoft Copilot. Our full programme and workbook are built on Claude. We run the same structure on the other three.

Do we need paid AI licences?

Some features need a paid plan, depending on the tool. Check which plan your teams have before the training, so the exercises run smoothly.

Will you use our real company data?

No. We create sample data for the exercises, so no confidential files are needed. We also teach your team how to use AI safely with their own data afterwards.

In which languages do you teach?

Turkish and English.

What happens after the training?

Your team can carry on alone, or ask us for AI Support: we build the workflows it needs and hand them over ready to use.

How long is a training, and what does it cost?

That depends on the number of departments and people. We send a quote after a short call.
